Workflow automation, built around how you work.

Your tools, finally talking to each other.

Business process automation for businesses in Melbourne and across Australia. The form, the CRM, the calendar, Xero, the inbox: they already hold the information. We connect them so it moves on its own, nobody re-types anything, and a single workflow is usually live within a few weeks.

What it looks like when a job is marked complete and the invoice, the reminder and the books take care of themselves.

Specific work, done a specific way.

  1. 01

Information moves without a person carrying it

A form submission becomes a CRM record, a calendar entry, and a welcome email. A completed job becomes an invoice. No copying between tabs.

  2. 02

    Follow-ups that happen on time

Quotes, payments, reviews, renewals. The system remembers the date so nobody has to, and it stops the moment the customer responds.

  3. 03

Approvals that don’t sit in an inbox

The right person gets the request with the context they need, approves in one click, and the next step starts immediately.

  4. 04

    Reports that build themselves

The weekly numbers arrive in your inbox or dashboard on schedule, pulled from the source systems, the same way every time.

The ones people actually ask.

Do we need to change the tools we use?

Usually not. Most modern tools can be connected as they are. If a tool genuinely blocks automation, we will say so and suggest the smallest change that unblocks it.

What happens when an automation breaks?

It will, eventually, because the tools it depends on change. Every workflow we build alerts a named person with the details, and the runbook tells them what to check.

Is this the same as AI?

Not quite. Automation moves information by rules. AI adds judgement where rules are not enough, like reading a message or drafting a reply. Many workflows need both, and we will tell you which parts need which.

How do you price it?

By the workflow, after mapping it with you. You will know the cost before we build anything.

How long does a workflow take to go live?

A single workflow is usually mapped, built and live within a few weeks. Messy data or a tool that blocks automation takes longer, and we will tell you that up front.

Things you can point to.

Every engagement ends with these in your hands, not ours.

  • A map of your current workflow

Every step, every hand-off, every place information is re-typed. Most clients are surprised by it.

  • The automated workflows, live

Built on reliable automation platforms, connected to your real accounts.

  • Error handling and alerts

When something fails, a person is told, with enough detail to fix it.

  • A simple runbook

What each automation does, what triggers it, and what to check if it stops.

  • Thirty days of monitoring after launch

Real data finds edge cases. We watch for them and fix them.

Which task do you re-type every week?

That is usually the first thing to automate. Tell us about it and we’ll map what it would take.
