Website design for small business.

A website that works while you do.

Website design for small businesses in Melbourne and across Australia. A site that tells a visitor what you do, where you work and how to book within a few seconds, loads fast on a phone, and turns a visit into an enquiry. It is built search-ready from the first day, so Google and AI assistants can read who you are without a rebuild later.

What it looks like when a new site goes from a map of your services to live, found and taking enquiries.

From a new site to the first enquiry

Specific work, done a specific way.

  1. 01

    Clear before clever

Each page answers one question a customer actually has: what you do, where, roughly how much, how to book. The design supports the answer instead of hiding it.

  2. 02

    Built for the phone first

Most local customers find you on a phone, often in a hurry. Pages are designed for a thumb and a small screen, then scaled up.

  3. 03

    Search-ready from day one

Page titles, headings, structured data, a sitemap and a short summary for AI assistants are part of the build, not an add-on after launch.

  4. 04

    Enquiries that go somewhere

Contact and booking forms land in your inbox, calendar or CRM, not a form nobody checks. When there is more to connect, that is what Workflow Automation is for.

The ones people actually ask.

Do you write the words as well?

Yes. We write the copy for every page from a conversation with you about your services, customers and area. You review it before anything goes live.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, the hosting and the code sit in your own accounts from the start. If you ever want someone else to look after it, nothing needs to be handed back.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

The site is custom-built in Next.js, which keeps it fast and search-ready, so changes to text and pages usually go through us. Because you own the code and the accounts, any developer can take it over later.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. If the site is sound but not being found, Local Visibility may be the better place to start. We’ll tell you which one after looking at it.

Will the site show up on Google?

It is built so Google can find and read every page, and submitted through Search Console at launch. Ranking depends on competition and time; that ongoing work is what Local Visibility covers.

Things you can point to.

Every engagement ends with these in your hands, not ours.

  • A site map and page plan

One page per service and one per question customers keep asking. Agreed before design starts.

  • The words on every page

Written by us from a conversation with you, so the site sounds like your business and answers what customers ask.

  • The designed and built website, live on your domain

Hosted in your own accounts. You own the code, the domain and the hosting.

  • Search setup: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, Search Console

So Google can find and understand every page from launch.

  • Enquiry and booking forms, connected

Tested end to end with a real enquiry.

  • Visitor analytics

So you can see how many people visit and where they come from.

What should a customer see first?

Send us your current site, or tell us about the business if you don’t have one. We’ll tell you what the first page needs to say.
