What we collect

If you fill in the form on this website: your name, business email, company, the service you are interested in, and the page you sent it from. If you choose to answer the follow-up questions, we also keep your answers about your business, the systems you use and the size of your team.

If you book a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email and anything you add to the booking.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information on this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to understand what you need before we talk, and to keep a simple record of enquiries. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and sent to us as an email through Google. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers may store information on servers outside Australia.

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may use cookies it needs to work. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Nobody, apart from the service providers listed above that we use to run the website and our business. We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful for our conversation and any work we do together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sara.wang@twinkleworkonline.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
