AI assistants and agents, built for real work.

AI that knows your business, with clear limits.

An AI agent is AI with a role, instructions, the right tools and a boundary. It finishes a defined piece of work and hands the rest to a person. We implement AI assistants and agents inside the tools you already use: answering questions from your own documents, reading paperwork, drafting replies and handling enquiries, with the limits designed before anything is built.

Specific work, done a specific way.

  1. 01

Assistants that answer from your documents

Policies, procedures, product details, pricing. Staff and customers ask in plain language and get an answer with the source attached, so they can check it.

  2. 02

    Documents read for you

Invoices, forms, applications, contracts. The AI pulls out the fields you care about, checks them against your rules, and files the result where it belongs.

  3. 03

Enquiries answered and booked, day or night

Website forms, email and messages feed the same queue. Clear enquiries get a reply in your tone of voice and a booking slot; anything unusual goes to a person.

  4. 04

One agent, one job, clear limits

Each agent has one defined job, only the access that job needs, and written rules for what it decides alone and what goes to a person. Every action is logged, so you can see what it did and why.

The ones people actually ask.

Will it make things up?

Any AI can. That is why we ground answers in your documents, attach sources, and set clear rules for when it should say “I don’t know, ask a person” instead of guessing.

Is our data used to train anything?

No. We use business-tier AI services where your data is not used for training, and we can walk you through exactly what leaves your systems and what does not.

How is an AI agent different from automation?

Automation follows fixed rules. An agent can handle variation: a document in an unexpected layout, a message that needs interpreting. It uses judgement within limits you set. If the work is fully predictable, plain automation is cheaper and we will recommend it.

Can an agent take an action we didn’t intend?

Only within the tools and permissions it was given, which is why we scope those tightly and test in read-only mode first. Anything with money or customer contact gets a human check until you decide otherwise.

Which AI model do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your data requirements. We work with the major providers and choose based on accuracy, cost, and where your data is allowed to go. That decision is made with you, in writing.

How long does it take?

A focused assistant on a well-organised set of documents can be in testing within a few weeks. Messy or scattered documents take longer, and we will tell you that up front.

Things you can point to.

Every engagement ends with these in your hands, not ours.

  • A working AI tool inside your existing systems

Email, Teams, Slack, your CRM: wherever the work already happens.

  • Your knowledge base, cleaned and structured

The AI is only as good as what it has read. We sort that out first.

  • Role definitions and guardrails

Written in plain language: what it does, what it may access, and what it must hand to a person.

  • A test set of real questions and cases

So you can see how it behaves before anyone else does.

  • Logs, a rollback plan and a handover session

See what it did, pause it in one step, and know how to update it.

Which job could AI take off your hands?

Tell us the questions your team answers most, or a task that has rules but needs judgement. We’ll sketch what an assistant or agent could do, and where a person stays in the loop.
